Cheryl Garcia, President of Legal Nursing Services, Inc., is an independent legal nurse consultant who graduated from an ABA-approved Legal Nurse Consultant certificate program at California State University, East Bay. She also holds a masters degree in nursing from the University of California, San Francisco as an adult nurse practitioner with a subspecialty in occupational health.
